Need help with your order, shipping, or custom sneakers? Here are the answers to our most common customer questions.
Production Time
All custom sneakers are made to order. Production time usually takes around 7–15 business days depending on design complexity and seasonal demand.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, shipping typically takes an additional 10–15 business days depending on your country and local carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the shipping carrier.
Custom Requests
We accept custom sneaker requests including anime themes, sports teams, gaming designs, and personalized artwork. Please use our Custom Request page to contact us with your idea.
